By accessing or using CalScraper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Service Description

CalScraper is a calendar analytics and contact management platform that integrates with Google Workspace and LinkedIn to provide relationship insights through calendar data analysis.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. You must create an account using Google OAuth to use the Service. 

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 

3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Data Usage Authorization

By using CalScraper, you authorize us to:

  • Access and analyze your Google Calendar data
  • Store your calendar and contact information
  • Access specified LinkedIn professional data for contact enrichment
  • Integrate with authorized third-party CRM systems

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not misuse or attempt to circumvent the Service
  • Not use the Service to store or transmit harmful code
  • Not share your account access with unauthorized users

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1. Free tier users can access basic features with 14-day historical data. 

6.2. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan (monthly/yearly). 

6.3. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

7.1. We collect and store:

  • Calendar data and meeting information
  • Contact details from your calendar
  • LinkedIn professional data (names, current job titles, employers) 

7.2. Users can request data deletion at any time

8. Third-Party Integrations

8.1. The Service integrates with:

  • Google Workspace
  • LinkedIn
  • Supported CRM systems 

8.2. Usage of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. CalScraper retains all rights to the Service's software and technology 

9.2. Users retain rights to their data

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties 

10.2. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Data accuracy issues
  • Third-party integration problems
  • Consequential damages

11. Termination

11.1. You may terminate your account at any time 

11.2. We may terminate accounts for Terms violations 

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
